Our Commitment
to Sustainability

Not a single piece of jewellery is made without the utmost diligence to provide you with high-quality products, from start to finish. We use eco-friendly materials, recycled paper, and sustainable production processes to ensure the safety of our employees and customers.

As a responsible member of the global jewellery market, we strive to minimise our carbon footprint and promote sustainable consumption practices.

This is what makes our community special – everyone here understands that our sustainable efforts make it more enjoyable to make the jewellery and eventually wear it.

Let's protect our planet's precious natural resources together. Beautiful things are even better when we keep enjoying what our world has to offer while living in style.

This is how we do it:

100% Recycled Packaging

All packaging is made from 100% recycled materials, including paper.

Lab Diamonds Only

All our diamond jewellery is made with ethical Lab-diamonds. Avoiding the environmental mining and abusing the planet’s resources, these diamonds are created using advanced technology, replicating natural growing processes to produce an impeccable, real diamond.

Recycled Materials

Theo Grace limits its reliance on newly produced materials due to the heavy toll they take on the planet. One of our most impactful choices has been shifting to 80% recycled metals for all jewellery. All of our silver, gold, and gold vermeil is recycled. Focusing on recycled metals and packages has made our customers and planet happier. Our main goal is to get to 100% recycled materials.

In-House Production Quality

Last year, we reduced plastic waste by 80% and made the switch to 100% recyclable packaging. Thanks to close partnerships with our manufacturing partners, we continue to find smarter, more thoughtful ways to reduce waste and operate responsibly, starting with our supply chain.

Our HQ's Zero Plastic Policy

We have eliminated all plastic cups, plates, and cutlery from our offices, replacing them with 100% eco-friendly alternatives. This includes:

  • Recycling bins within reach of every single employee
  • Personalised mug use only (no paper or plastic cups)
  • Hardware recycling program for our equipment
  • Eliminating printed materials for a fully digital workplace

While jewellery makes the ultimate luxury gift, we also need to do everything we can to ensure a more ethical manufacturing process. As we face irreversible changes in our planet’s system, the impact of climate change is impossible to ignore.

Business today means putting a lot of effort into minimising their negative environmental impact. And while managing climate change isn’t easy, we focus on it heavily at Theo Grace. As a collective, we have the power to make this world a better, more beautiful place for all.
