This Premium Warranty is available for all of our jewels in silver, gold plating, and vermeil. It covers:
2 year warranty from date of purchase
- All Standard Warranty conditions:
- Damaged Pendant
- Damaged Chain
- Stone Repair: replacement or fixes
- Tarnished jewellery
- Not including lost or stolen cases
Instructions
- If your jewellery has any defects that is covered by the Premium Warranty, please send a clear image of the defected product to our Customer Care Team and we will gladly replace.
- Please include a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.
- All items must be returned before new products can be reproduced.
- Please note that the warranty does not cover lost or stolen cases.
