I need to add a longer inscription with more than 9 characters. Is that possible?

Unfortunately, no. For durability, this design only allows for up to 9 characters. However, the following name necklaces do allow for longer inscriptions:
The Cable Chain Script Name Necklace – with up to 10 characters
The Two Capital name necklace – with up to 12 characters.

Does my item come with a warranty?

Yes. We want to make sure you'll enjoy your beautiful jewellery for years to come. That's why all of our items include a 2-years warranty.
You also have the option to upgrade to MYKA’s new Jewellery Protection plan, including an extended 5-years Jewellery protection and more services promising to maintain your satisfaction for years to come. Please note, in all cases, our jewellery Protection plans or warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.
