Theo Grace offers a free warranty on your jewellery piece for a period of 2 years after purchase.
In cases of manufacturing defects, we promise replacement of your jewellery at no cost. Additional inscriptions or charms can be added to your jewellery for free. What's Not Covered?
The Theo Grace warranty does not cover any damage resulting from exposure to high temperatures, extreme sunlight, chemicals, body oils, creams, water and humidity. Lost items are not covered inside the warranty.
Shipping and returns?
The cost of shipping will be taken upon Theo Grace. Unless the customer wants urgent shipping, he / she will pay for the additional amount of the expedited shipping cost.
